Here's a sample of what you can expect to find on any given season:
Vegetables: Spinach, Beet, Swiss Chard, Garlic (Bulb & Scape), Garlic, Leeks, Onion, Scallion, Carrot, Celeriac, Celery, Cilantro, Dill, Fennel, Parsley, Parsnip, Lettuce, Mesclun Lettuce Mix, Arugula, Bok choi, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, Kale, Kohlrabi, Radish, Rutabaga, Turnip, Cantaloupe, Cucumber, Melon, Pumpkin, Squash (Summer and Winter), Watermelon, Bean, Edamame, Pea, Basil, Bell pepper, Eggplant, Ground cherry, Hot pepper, Potatoes, Tomatillo, Tomato (Regular and Cherry).
Keep in mind that due to seasonality, the first two Weekly Veggie Boxes are typically leaner in content than later ones. However, we do take that into account and balance them out so that you get more than your money's worth by the end of the season.

The Half Box is sized for 1 veggie lover or for 2 people. The Full Box is sized for 2 veggie lovers or a family of 3 to 4 people. Please note that even though some of our veggies are "ready to eat" and are rather delicious raw, you should expect to be doing some cooking over the course of the season.
